Something About Pruning Fruit Trees

Something About Fruit Tree Pruning
The most well attended class at Home grown Gardens every year is the fruit tree pruning class.  Most of us are confused, too timid a pruner  or just don't know where to start.  There are whole books devoted to pruning fruit tree, so I can only get so much information out is a short article.  First I recommend the OSU Extension publications:

Spring has Sprung!!

Wow!  Have we ever been busy here at the nursery!  We are working on producing annuals, perennials, baskets and much more!  Spring is here and we are so ready!  Our benches are filling up with flowers and our spring bulbs arrived just the other day.  If you are looking for a little  inspiration for your garden, come on down and see what's blooming!

Looking forward to 2103

Well, the holidays have past and now we are looking forward to what 2013 will bring!  We are busy here at the nursery getting ready for our plant production.  We have some new exciting varieties of perennials that we will be growing for your garden!  Our holiday break will end soon as we open back up on Jan. 21st.

Gather up your gardening magazines and let's get into the mindset of planning of gardens for the upcoming season.  Think about planning a color themed garden or maybe a miniature garden!
